Ans2. 1) Chart area:- this is the area surrounding the chart.
Plot area:- this is the area in which we plot our data
Data points:- it is a single value located in a worksheet cell.
Legend:- it describes colors, patterns and symbols assigned to data series.

Q3. Write the steps to create a chart in Excel.
Ans3. To create a chart: -
1)    Select the data
2)    Click on insert tab.
3)    Click on the chart type under charts group.
4)    Click the chart style we want to use.
5)    The chart will be displayed.

Ans4. To format a chart: -
1)    Right click any area of the chart.
2)    Click on Format Chart Area.
3)    Select the desired option.
4)    Click close to see the effect.

Ans5.  To print a chart:-
1)    Select the chart to be printed
2)    Click on the file tab.
3)    Click on the print option.

4)    Give number of copies, select printer and click on print button.
